All material is 316 S/S. Filter body is .060 thick with EB drilled .004 dia. holes on .012 centers. Rings are machined and EB welded, then laser trimmed to final dimension. Number of holes drilled: 3,500,000

LASER SERVICES: Acceleron offers a full spectrum of laser services, including (from top down): Sequential laser marking on a surgical cutting tool; Laser welded tube to half tube for hermetic seal; and Laser drilling on an automated, continuous strip (each needle has been drilled with a .011" hole ± .0005").
